good stay but could improve more

The staff provided excellent service. I loved the breakfast options, offering both healthy and hearty choices to start our day right. The King Studio with Sofa Bed was spacious, perfect for our family needs. The location was super convenient for visiting local attractions.

The Wi-Fi struggled to keep up with our family's devices and would disconnect frequently, a bit frustrating.

Impressed by the decor in the lobby and the rooms. Very European. Good location for Dinosaur Natl Monument and very close to a good restaurant across the parking lot.

Great breakfast spread with a nice variety, but we noticed the cleaning service was lacking. It was a bit inconvenient not having our towels replaced during our two-night stay.

Good-sized and brand-new room plus central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven. Well-equipped bathroom with a bath. Exceptionally nice and ideal position in the very very nice area, near other commercial places in Vernal, shops and restaurants and Vernal, Utah to stay.

It was just an optimal selection for a short staycation in Vernal with very good value for money. The excellent Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected while I relaxed. Bring your own hangers since there are no hooks in the room.

I was there for a funeral, allof the staff was very nice to me. The room was well equiped, coffe, iron, hair dryer. We usually take our camper so I have not stayed in a motel for many years. My room was very nice and I stayed on the 4th floor so it was quiet too. The complimentary breakfast was good and a nice selection. I would stay there again.

I needed a firmer mattress, and did not know what to do so I slept on the sofa. It was nice and firm

During our stay, I appreciated the ample parking available, which made it easy to come and go as we explored the local attractions like Dinosaur National Monument.

The internet connection was disappointing, disconnecting frequently, and the air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately. While breakfast had a variety of choices, the gas fire pit outside was a nice touch.

I enjoyed the lovely, clean rooms with a practical design, especially the separate shower and toilet areas providing privacy. The spacious King Studio was perfect.

Improved staff friendliness would enhance the experience.

Springhill suites is great! It's ideally located near dinosaur national monument. The breakfast was really good with various choices each day. I also loved that there was ample parking available, easy to come and go.

the bed was too firm for my taste.

Large rooms provide a separate living area with a comfortable sofa bed. The bathroom features a cleverly designed layout with both toilet and shower areas, allowing multiple guests to get ready simultaneously, which I appreciated during our busy mornings.

Some aspects of the stay were a bit discouraging. Cleaning protocols seemed hit-or-miss. I noticed trash left behind in-room. The lack of towel hooks, I found that the breakfast area got pretty crowded, especially during peak hours. The indoor pool was cramped and swamped with kids, which might not appeal to folks seeking a more tranquil swim. Lastly, I had a tough time finding extra pillows in the room, which would've made things cozier.

Great facilities here and the breakfasts are top-notch. the staff is super friendly and always there to help, which makes a big difference 😊.
